21 The Green is a beautiful dog-friendly self-catering holiday cottage that is ideal for families, welcoming four people to sleep in two bedrooms and is situated in the seaside village of Shaldon, South Devon. The property has been sympathetically renovated to a high standard and is situated in a prime location close to the beach and in the heart of the village. Central heating throughout for the cooler periods.

Ground floor: The spacious living area has seating for four, a TV with Freeview, a feature fireplace with an electric log effect fire, a dining table, and four chairs.

Leading through to the well-equipped kitchen that has an AEG gas hob, electric oven/ grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, ceramic sink/drainer, washing machine and integrated fridge and freezer. The kitchen has a door leading to the side alley.

Stairs leading to Bedroom 1: King-size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, TV and dual aspect windows. Bedroom 2: Captain’s bed  ( single with another single that pulls out from under the bed )with a chest of drawers, bedside table with a lamp and forward-facing window.

The Family bathroom has a double-sized walk-in shower with mixer taps, a WC, a wash hand basin and a heated towel rail.
