Includes Wireless broadband internet, Central heating and a Private backyard with patio furniture and side access. A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome (no dogs upstairs please). Bed linen and towels are provided. Strictly no smoking. General parking near the property on Broadlands / Horse Lane.

Dual aspect lounge with log burner, wooden flooring throughout. Leads on to Open plan kitchen/dining area with new fully fitted kitchen. Integrated appliances including gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. All utensils are provided and there is a microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee machine. Downstairs bathroom with WC, sink, overhead mirror and double waterfall shower.

Bedroom 1- sleeps 2 - small double room with king-size bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers 
Bedroom 2 - sleeps 4-  family room with bunk beds, a single bed and an optional folding bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe facility on the landing
Bedroom 3 - sleeps 2-spacious master with king-size bed, dual aspect windows with views over the village, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and hairdryer 
Upstairs shower room - WC, sink and spacious walk-in waterfall shower.
