Headlands is a beautifully refurbished 1920s home in Maidencombe, South Devon. All Principal rooms have panoramic views over Lyme Bay. Enjoy al fresco dining on the terrace and large sloping garden overlooking the sea. The house is tucked away from the summer crowds and a short walk to The Thatched Tavern and Maidencombe beach. If you’re lucky Salty the seal will say hello. Enjoy a stroll along the South West Coast Path. Gas central heating throughout.

The new well-equipped kitchen has Neff Gas hob, electric oven and microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge-freezer, and Nespresso Coffee maker (Nespresso coffee not supplied).

On the ground floor, the master double and twin bedrooms have period 1920s features.

The sitting room has 27” flat-screen TV with Freeview, Chromecast, and DVD.

The family bathroom was refurbished in 2018 and has a bath and shower. There is also a separate cloakroom.

Downstairs to the twin bedroom & games room.

Whatever the season Headlands makes a delightful, cosy haven to relax, enjoy the spectacular coastal views and explore Devon.
