The Rosary offers a breathtaking river view from the kitchen/ diner, riverside terrace, and principal bedrooms. Totally refurbished with a sympathetic style, decorated and furnished to the highest standard, the Rosary is full of charm and the clever use of glazing fills the cottage with natural light. An exclusive/premium seaside location. Enjoy stunning views overlooking the River Teign and amazing sunsets over Dartmoor.

Enter through the beautiful cottage garden.

The sitting room has two easy chairs and a sofa, an open fireplace, and oak shelving on either side of the chimney breast giving a feature to the room. Toshiba flat panel TV and DVD. The bay window looks out over the garden.

The open plan Kitchen / Dining Room, with a glazed front and two roof lights has a sofa and chair offering uninterrupted views across the river Teign. The well-equipped kitchen has a double Diplomat cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and condenser dryer, and Belfast sink. Step out onto the decked riverside balcony with patio furniture and gate giving access to the river.

Bedroom 1. The single bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and a 'Moriarty bed'( sits on top of the chest of drawers) and a window overlooking the river Teign.

Bedroom 2. Master en-suite double bedroom, bedside drawers, lamps, built-in wardrobe. The en-suite with WC and basin. Windows towards the front and side give panoramic river views.

Bedroom 3. Double bedroom with bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobe, and window overlooking the garden.

Shower room. Large walk-in shower with mixer taps, chrome heated towel rail, WC, and basin.

Bedroom 4. Large twin bedroom, bedside lamps, chest of drawers, hanging rail and lime-washed eaves, and two Dormer windows giving spectacular river views.

Rosary Cottage is dog friendly but the stair gate must be used.We kindly request that pets stay downstairs, do not sit on the chairs and are not left unattended.
