Shaldon Regatta is over 200 years old and offers fun for all the family. We have 130 events, many of which are on the beach so even if you're not a rower or sailor you can still take part! There are individual events and team events as well as events for all abilities.

The beautifully converted 18th Century Grade Two listed Manor House is in a prime location overlooking the beach and has breathtaking estuary views. It is only a minute’s walk from the centre of the village.

The main entrance door to the building is linked by an intercom to each flat and gives access to the easy-rise stairwell. Free Wi-Fi.

Flat 6 is on the second floor and has an attractive, comfortable living room with a feature Georgian fireplace and a superb outlook over Shaldon beach and the Teign estuary. Wall-mounted 38” Samsung HD TV with Samsung Freeview HD and Blu-Ray DVD/CD player. Leading off the living room is bedroom three with a single bed and a combination wardrobe. The fitted kitchen has a Bosch washer/dryer, a microwave oven, 5-foot fridge/freezer, NEFF gas hob, an extractor hood and Bosch electric oven. The dining table seats six. Adjoining the kitchen is a cloakroom with WC and hand basin.

Upstairs the main bedroom comprises a double bed, a combination wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a child’s cot and a bedside table. The second bedroom (restricted headroom) has a single bed and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a fitted white suit including corner bath with a hand-held shower, an illuminated shaving mirror with 110/240v shaver outlet and a heated towel rail.

The flat is double/secondary glazed throughout. The beds are made up on arrival. Hand and bath towels are provided.
