The old village chapel in School Lane, Shaldon has been lovingly converted and tastefully modernised to a very high standard. Situated in the heart of the village, close to all the local amenities and beach. The large chapel window and two side windows offer lots of light. Central heating throughout. Please note that School Lane is narrow and the access and parking space is only suitable for 1 small car.

Living/dining room: High vaulted ceiling, comfortable sofa bed, and coffee tables. Freeview TV. Light Oak breakfast bar with four stools.

Kitchen: Double-eye-level electric ovens, NEFF induction hob, full-height fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, and wooden floor.

Shower room: With walk-in shower, toilet, and heated towel rail.

First Floor/ mezzanine:

Bedroom: Double bed, bedside drawers, set of drawers and hanging rail, Velux window, and sloping ceiling with restricted headroom.

The Old Chapel is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts or just a relaxing seaside break. Shaldon is a picturesque fishing village nestled at the mouth of the River Teign. The Ness headland overlooks the mouth of the estuary, offering some of the most stunning views in the Westcountry. The river beach and estuary are delightful, not to mention the famous Shaldon Ferry that crosses the river to Teignmouth. Your well-behaved dog is welcome, A £30 fee is charged - We kindly request that pets stay downstairs, do not sit on the chairs and are not left unattended. Please bring your dog's bed and bedding.
