The main security door gives access to the main entrance hall and easy-rise staircase leading to apartment 4.

This first-floor apartment has panoramic views over the river Teign, the estuary, and out to sea. Living Area: Lounge/diner with a comfortable chair, 2 seater sofa, flat screen TV/DVD, and dining table and chairs. The new integral kitchen has modern fitted units with induction hob and extractor over, electric oven, microwave, toaster, and fridge/ freezer.
