Shaldon Regatta is over 200 years old and offers fun for all the family. We have 130 events, many of which are on the beach so even if you're not a rower or sailor you can still take part! There are individual events and team events as well as events for all abilities.

Osborne House is a Grade 11 listed building that is an easy stroll to all the amenities of the village and has allocated parking for 1 car.

Osborne House 6 has been completely refurbished. The balcony offers views over the rooftops toward the river. The living area has a comfortable double sofa, a TV, a dining table & chairs. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet, and wash basin.

The kitchen has bespoke units, granite worktops, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, a Halogen hob, a single oven, a microwave & fridge/freezer. The bedroom has a double king-size bed and matching oak wardrobe and drawers, with double aspect windows looking over Fore Street.

The second-floor apartment is situated in the heart of Shaldon village and less than a five-minute walk to the beach. The property has allocated parking for one car. In the cooler periods, gas central heating ensures a comfortable stay. The perfect spot to unwind, relax and plan another day of adventure.

Shaldon is a pretty Devon fishing village with loads of character and plenty to offer holidaymakers. It overlooks the River Teign, and there are regular ferries that cross the River to Teignmouth, which is said to be the oldest passenger ferry in England. The River is a favourite spot for fishing, sailing and paddle boarding with equipment hire available locally for those who need it. Shaldon Beach and Ness Cove are both within a mile of the apartment, with good conditions for swimming.

Abandon the car for a week and enjoy everything needed within walking distance. If you do feel like exploring more of Devon, you will find the English Riviera and famous beaches such as Paignton and Torquay less than half an hour away.
