Seascape Cottage is a stone’s throw from the River Teign, with spectacular sunset views and just a few minute's walk to the beach, estuary, and Shaldon village centre. Dog-friendly and sleeping up to 7 people this perfectly proportioned cottage is the ideal spot whether it’s a romantic break, fun with friends or an action-packed family holiday.

Built-in the 18th century, this fisherman’s cottage has been sympathetically modernised to a high standard while staying true to its wealth of original features and charm.

The sitting room has everything you might need with its large flat-screen TV, DVD player, games console, selection of board games and toys, books, fireplace, and free WIFI throughout.

Whip up a culinary masterpiece in the modern and well-equipped kitchen. All of the must-have appliances and cooking utensils have been supplied as well as little extras such as child-friendly plates and cutlery.

The characterful dining room with its glazed vaulted roof is full of natural light with access to the enclosed quaint courtyard and washer/dryer store. Downstairs also has the convenience of a downstairs cloakroom as well as hard flooring throughout – ideal for muddy paws and wellies.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: Super-king bedroom with traditional shutters, built-in wardrobe, and feature decorative fireplace. The room can be easily converted to twins on request.

Bedroom 2: Triple bunk bed (small double bed and single bunk) with built-in beach hut wardrobe.

Bathroom: Stylish modern family bathroom with bath and shower overhead.

Access: There is rear access to Top Cliff from the first floor. Ideal for unloading the car.

Second Floor

Bedroom 3: King bedroom with built-in wardrobes. The room is full of natural light and has a view of the Teign Estuary.

All bedrooms have hair dryers and room for a cot.

The owners have provided everything you might need for your stay from stair gates and kid's steps to dog bowls.

Seascape offers relaxed, modern coastal elegance. A perfect retreat in the picturesque and highly sought-after seaside village of Shaldon.We kindly request that pets stay downstairs, do not sit on the chairs and are not left unattended.

There are a number of on-road parking options nearby including Top Cliff, Salty Lane, and Ringmore Road. Shaldon also has a long-stay car park on Ness Drive and there is also a short-stay car park on Shoreside.
