Designed and built to exceptionally high standards and specifications, this stunning house is luxuriously furnished throughout in a contemporary style. A short flat walk to the village shops and beaches and close to King George’s playing field. A perfect holiday house for families. There is a generous-sized terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ. There is also secure courtyard parking for two cars and a charging point for electric cars. Easee One 7.4kw Charger. Guests will need to bring their own charging cable and download the Monta App. There is a QR code on the box which guests need to scan to set up their car with the charger and give payment details. It is my understanding that Monta charge 10% on top of the electricity costs.

The large sitting room is comfortably furnished with feature fireplace and patio doors to the rear terrace. Flat screen Sony TV (Freesat), DVD player, Sony PlayStation 3.
The kitchen/ dining room has granite worktops and light oak units with gas hob and double electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, dining table, and chairs. Patio doors lead to the terrace. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and microwave.

1st floor:
Bedroom1. Master double ensuite ( double size shower with mixer, WC, and basin), overlooking terrace, king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV.
Bedroom 2. Single bedroom with built-in wardrobe. Overlooking the hills beyond.
Bedroom 3. Double with a king-size bed with a built-in wardrobe overlooking the terrace.
Family bathroom with shower over bath ( mixer taps), WC, and basin.
2nd floor:
Bedroom 4. Spacious twin bedroom with 2 single beds, walk-in wardrobe, and views to hills beyond.
