A charming seaside cottage in the heart of Shaldon. This Grade II listed Georgian cottage is located in a conservation area and has been newly decorated throughout with a coastal theme. It lies close to the beach and all its amenities. Free WIFI.

The beautiful sitting room has a feature cast iron fireplace, a comfortable armchair, 2 sofas, a TV, and a Sonos sound system. Leading through to the dining room with a large open feature fireplace with an electric log burner effect fire, light oak table, and 6 chairs. Door to the patio with garden table, two chairs, and a small barbecue. The property has 4 folding chairs and a folding table ideal for picnics and drinks on the beach.

The well-equipped galley kitchen has a fridge with a small ice compartment, washing/drying machine, integrated microwave, NEFF electric oven with gas hob, kettle, and toaster, with windows overlooking the patio.
